Each piece is custom made when your order is received. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During peak times fulfillment & shipping times may take longer. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Certain regions may experience longer delivery windows depending on carrier availability.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select orders. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Simple Stature is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Simple Stature is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

1. Checking with neighbors or household members
2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly
3. Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before arrival

Damaged Packages

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only or exchanged for a different size when applicable.

Eligible Returns

Items may qualify for:

• Size exchanges (same item only, subject to availability)

To be eligible, items must:

• Be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
• Be returned in original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Size Exchanges

We allow exchanges for sizing on the same item, depending on inventory availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was sent by us.

Non-Returnable Items

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
