Do I have to register for an account?
Simple Stature welcomes you to register for an account when you visit our website.  We will only ask for your proprietary information, such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Simple Stature will never ask for your credit card or other personal information.  While it is not necessary to create an account to be able to purchase products in our online store, registering for an account enables you to see all pending and processed orders, track your order and receive emails with new product arrivals and promotions. 



What if I forgot my password?

Under the login information, click “Forgot your password” and your password will be sent to the email address on file. 


Is my information safe?

Simple Stature uses the highest level of security and encryption to process every order through the website. With PCI Level 1 technology automatically implemented in our shopping cart, all of your personal information, i.e. name, address, credit card number, expiration date, CID, etc. are all protected. 


Do you guarantee the products you sell?

Simple Stature stands behind and guarantees all products it sells.  We do not sell anything before it is quality assurance tested and subjected to numerous wash and dry cycles.  Please follow the garment care instructions for the best results. 




How will I know how to wash my items?

The garment care instructions are printed on the inside of the shirt – because our shirts are tagless for your comfort. 


Can I design my own products?

Simple Stature is working feverishly to create a “Design Your Own Simple Stature Studio” on the website to accommodate our customers.  While that is under construction, if you have a special order request, please contact our Customer Service Department and they will be able to assist you in fulfilling your order. 


Does Simple Stature offer custom design and printing?

Simple Stature can make any shirt or design to fit your needs.  If you are looking for products for your business or an event, we will be happy to assist you.  We currently offer custom design services at a reasonable cost.  Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information.


How do your sizes run?

Our sizes run true to size.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you.


Can I buy Simple Stature products in stores?

Simple Stature products are only available online at this time.  If you have registered for an account, you will receive updates on the latest Simple Stature products and announcements. 


Are all items sold in stock and ready to ship?

Simple Stature does its best to stock all products sold through our online store.  In a rare instance that a product is not available when your order is placed, you will receive an email asking if you’d like to wait for the item or cancel the item from your order.  If you choose to cancel the item, your credit card will be refunded for the cost of that item.


How can I carry Simple Stature products in my store?

If you would like to be a authorized retailer of Simple Stature products, please call our Customer Service department at (855) STATURE. 


Where do I enter my promotion code?

On the checkout page, enter your promotion code in the promotion code box.  Your discount will be applied to your subtotal.


How will I know my order was processed successfully?

Upon successful processing of your order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided during the registration or checkout process.  In order to process your order in an expedited manner, please make sure that the billing address matches the information on file with your financial institution.  Any order where the billing information does not match will not be processed and your order will be cancelled.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Simple Stature accepts all major credit cards – Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  We also accept PayPal and Google Wallet. 


What shipping services can I choose from?

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process.  Expedited and international shipping is also available. 




How will I know when my order is shipped ? 

All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day.  An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the registration or checkout process with the tracking information for your order.  You can always check your order status by logging into your account. 


Do you offer gift wrapping?

Simple Stature offers free gift wrapping services.  Your gift will come wrapped in a box with tissue paper and a greeting card. 


Do you offer gift cards?

Simple Stature offers gift cards for purchase.  Please email Customer Service at service@simplestature.com for more information.  We anticipate adding them to our website shortly.


Will I receive a receipt with my order?

Simple Stature will include a copy of your receipt in your order, unless it is a gift. Included in the shipment, whether if it’s a gift or not, will also be a Return Merchandise Authorization form.


What if I receive a damaged item?

Simple Stature does its best to make sure all of its products are in perfect condition before it is shipped to you. Each item is quality assurance checked to make sure it is up to our standards. It is very unlikely that your item will be damaged, but if it is, please contact our Customer Service department at (855) STATURE and we will arrange for the item to be replaced with no charge to you. 


How can I return an item?

All requests for returns must be made within seven (7) days of order receipt.  A Merchandise Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise to Simple Stature.  Customer must submit an email to service@simplestature.com stating the reason for return.  No package will be accepted without an RMA number.  Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to the address on the bottom of this form.  Please clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping label and make sure it is securely fastened on the package.  Simple Stature is not responsible for damage or loss to the merchandise while in transit so make sure the items are packaged properly and sent back using USPS or UPS. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days and an email notification will be sent to the email address on file upon completion of the transaction.

All items must be returned in unworn, sellable condition.  No merchandise that has been worn or damaged will be accepted.
